Advocacy Delivered with Heart
This award is for the professional individual who advocates for seniors in our community through social work, case management or patient advocacy. Congratulations to Elder Care Coordinator Gloria Centonze for winning this award at the "2020 Delivered with Heart Award" ceremony on February 20, 2020.

As a elder care navigation attorney, our law firm employs Gloria Centonze to assist our elderly clients and their families with healthcare advocacy. With her 35+ years of experience, Gloria is a tireless advocate for her many clients. She always goes above and beyond with her care advocacy and determination to help our families in difficult times. Her phone is always on, day and night, and she follows our clients through the end, providing hospice advocacy at end of life, social advocacy for placement in the right long-term care facility and more. As an elder law attorney, we want you to know we are making a difference with our clients, and we know that Gloria does that on a daily basis for our elders.
