On September 30, 2021, DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis, P.A. and Seminole Title Company gave a bittersweet goodbye to its former offices as it was demolished. The staff safely watched this milestone event from the windows of its new two-story, state-of-the-art office building on the same location at 8640 Seminole Boulevard which opened its doors this summer on Monday, August 9, 2021. In place of the old building, will be a new parking lot to accommodate parking for clients, closings, seminars, and staff.
