Halloween Pet Costume Contest

The DHC/STC Legal Beagles proudly hosted our first annual Halloween Pet Costume Contest--and our furry and feathered family members did not disappoint!

Everyone who participated received fun prizes, and you can view all the adorable entries on our DHC and STC Facebook pages. Thank you for helping us launch what will now be a yearly community tradition. We look forward to celebrating every October.

About the Contest

The Halloween Pet Costume Contest kicks off the week of Halloween and runs through the day before Halloween at midnight. All submitted photos are posted to the DHC Facebook page, where staff, friends, and family can vote for their favorites.

The photo with the most “Likes” or “Loves” on Facebook is declared the winner, which is announced on Halloween. The grand prize winner receives a $50 Petco gift card, and all participants receive a fun prize.

General Guidelines & How to Enter

Dress up your pet in their most spook-tacular Halloween costume! Pets of all kinds are welcome—furry, feathered, or otherwise.
Submit one photo per pet and choose your best entry.
Photos should be clear, well lit, and appropriate for a professional workplace audience.
Light color correction is allowed, but please do not alter or manipulate the costume or image.
Square-format photos are preferred for Facebook and Instagram.
Email your photo, along with your name and your pet’s name, to marketing@dhclaw.com by the stated deadline.
You will be notified when your photo is posted so you can share it and encourage voting.

Photo Use & Permissions: By entering the contest, participants agree that their name and submitted photo(s) may be displayed on the DHC website, newsletter, Facebook & Instagram pages, and used by us for promotional purposes, without compensation. Submissions should be family-friendly and appropriate for a professional audience.
