Director of Marketing Simone DeLoach is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of all of the law firm’s and Seminole Title Company’s marketing strategies, communications (including the Navigator), branding, public relations activities and so much more. Simone is an experienced business development and marketing professional with nearly 20 years’ experience working with nonprofits in the Tampa Bay area such as the Dalí Museum, Museum of Fine Arts and Tampa Museum of Art.
Simone earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors in Museum Studies, and a minor in Visual Arts from Eckerd College. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing and management from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg. She is also a 2010 graduate of Leadership St. Pete and volunteers for several community organizations.
According to partner Paul Cavonis, “As our Director of Marketing for just under four years, Simone has transformed our marketing and brought us into the 21st Century to serve our clients even better. Her keen insight, dedication, pursuit of excellence and passion for giving our clients the absolute best experience have renewed and reaffirmed our client-centered approach. I’m amazed at Simone’s ability to manage and implement numerous, simultaneous projects, an ability that is only possible because of her fantastic organizational skills. I feel fortunate to have Simone part of our team and look forward to the future with her.”
A fun fact about Simone is that she had a minor role as a flight attendant in the film Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. The film was adapted from Hunter S. Thompson’s novel of the same name and was directed by one of her film heroes Terry Gilliam. While much of it ended up on the cutting room floor, she fondly remembers a fun time in her shared day of shooting with Johnny Depp and Benicio del Toro.
Simone has traveled to 25 countries, where she has volunteered, studied, biked, hiked and explored. She and her husband, Rep, are always planning their next adventure. They live in downtown St. Petersburg with their three adorable rescue cats Motce, Ellie and Smokey. What values are important to Simone? Loyalty, humility, compassion, integrity and service.
