Our roots trace back even before 1976, when founder Dennis R. DeLoach Jr. began serving this community and helped form the City of Seminole as its first co-city attorney. His vision and commitment laid the foundation for the firm we proudly continue today.
Over the years, we have grown alongside our community—expanding our footprint to serve families and businesses with offices in Seminole, St. Petersburg, and Sun City Center, while staying true to the values that guide us.
