I developed a passion for Estate Planning and Elder Law through my early experiences working with the elderly as a nursing assistant. Those experiences shaped my understanding that planning for the future is deeply personal and often emotionally complex. Because of this, I take a compassionate, educational, and client-focused approach when guiding individuals and families through estate planning, incapacity planning, and planning for loved ones with special needs.
My practice focuses on helping clients protect their families, preserve their assets, and create thoughtful plans that provide peace of mind for the future. I strive to make the estate planning process approachable and tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.
Originally from Cuba, I am proud to be a fluent Spanish speaker. As a bilingual attorney, I strive to make legal services more accessible and comfortable for Spanish-speaking clients and their families.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Luis, and in early 2025 we welcomed our son, Rafael. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and serving the community through my legal practice.
