Improper left turns are one of the main causes of motorcycle related injuries and fatalities. The insurance company offered a small settlement, claiming “John” was speeding. We filed a lawsuit and were able to resolve his claim, giving him the money he needed to compensate him for his injuries. We were also able to obtain a $200,000 settlement for his passenger.
